The Group Fitness Bootcamp meets three days weekly (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) and offers continuous open enrollment--you'll get 12 sessions over 30 days from the first day of enrollment. No need to wait for a new session to start!
If you would like your one-on-one personal training to happen off-site from (your home, gym, or other location), we can accommodate you! Call us for more details on pricing.
If you prepay for 8 personal training sessions you will receive two additional sessions for free.
And/Or
If you prepay for 3 months of boot camp you receive the fourth month free.
