WHAT WE Offer

The foundation of what we do at YSMG is about training your body and mind. Getting fit isn't just about getting your body into shape--it's about redefining what it means to embrace a holistic, healthy lifestyle. We don't want you to be healthier for just one day or one month, but for a lifetime. 


We offer help with weight loss, weight gain, nerve flossing, muscle and  joint rehabilitation.


GROUP FITNESS

Group training is a great way to get in shape. Surrounded by other people with similar goals, staying motivated is easier. We meet three days a week for outdoor mornings and evening zoom session. Every workout is different.


PERSONAL TRAINING

If you have specific goals in mind or prefer more one-on-one attention, individualized personal training is the place for you. We can set up a training program that's as unique as you are. You'll achieve your goals more quickly through our individualized training. Off-site personal training at your home or other location is available.


NUTRITION

Eating well is a big part of getting fit. We can advise you on modifications to your diet that will enable you to reach your fitness goals. And if you need some coaching on healthy lifestyle tips, we can do that too! Best of all, nutritional assistance is included for free with our group fitness or personal training services!

HOW IT WORKS

We start your 12-session camp by meeting with you to determine your fitness goals and assess your current health and fitness level. The standards we use is developed by the American College of Sports Medicine (flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and endurance). This initial meeting helps us set training goals together and provides a measurement baseline by which to track your progress. We'll also review any injuries and discuss rehabilitation issues that might impact your training.


Taking this assessment data into account, we can then match you to other camp members with similar fitness levels, so you stay motivated and challenged together. Our camps are kept intentionally small, which allows us to give personal attention to everyone in the class. You get the benefits of individualized training in a group setting. 


You'll get a different workout each session, and we offer a combination of cardio training (long-distance running, short hill workouts, sprinting on the track, running stairs, etc.), cross-training (agility), and strength training ​(push-ups, pull-ups, abdominal workouts). Each session ends with stretching.


We provide workout equipment for all classes, personal training, and off-site training.

Where do we meet?

​We meet three days weekly (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) at a 6:00 am or 7:00 am hour-long session. You'll find us at Piedmont High School track, 800 Magnolia Ave. in Piedmont.


  • Refer a friend. Get 50% off your next month's fitness camp membership when they join. Refer two people in the same month; your next month is free.
  • Prepay for three boot camp sessions, and get the fourth month free.
  • Prepay for eight personal training sessions, and get the ninth and 10th sessions free.
